Thursday 5pm Junior Class
Thursday 6:30pm Adults and kids who can focus
Saturday- Open Dojo- Noon to 2pm
Individual senseis may also offer classes during their availability and student demand on different days and times of the week.
Sparring is open to members of the Shelton Athletic Club who would like to try sparring for fitness. Groin protection, mouth
guards, and hand pads are needed. We can help you obtain these items.
